Town of Castleton will be looking for folks to work Sat and Sundays during summer inspecting people's boats for invasive species. The details of the job are not yet worked out, but will probably come from the Town of Castleton. So if you don't see it here before you leave - check with the Town of Castleton.

I am writing to let you know that we are still actively recruiting for some critical positions in our business office in the form of two Cost Proposal Specialists and a Contracts Manager for our Afghanistan projects.

The Cost Proposal Specialist is a very nice junior level position in our firm for someone who likes a fast paced environment and has a solid financial background.  This position will work closely with the business manager and technical staff in developing very large budgets and cost proposals.  This person must be extremely organized, a strong team player, very budget / fiscally focused, with a very high level proficiency in MS Excel.  This person MUST be able to work in fast paced environment that is driven by strict deadlines from our clients.  It is a great opportunity for someone with a BA or MBA who enjoys problem solving and has an interest in developing budgets.

The Contracts Manager to support our Afghanistan projects is more of a mid-level position in our firm that will minimally require a Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in developing, analyzing, and re-structuring budgets.  This person must be very budget / fiscally focused and have a high level proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.  A background and understanding of USG contracts and regulations is required, USAID contract experience is highly desired.  This position will require travel to Afghanistan.

As always, thank you for sharing this information with your students and alumni and please contact me if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Chris
